Looking out the window at the snow falling today, you would never know it was mid April!

With spring in mind, we have some nice events planned this month including a Sheridan Nurseries flower arranging presentation, Jewelry making workshop and the always popular Spring fashion show and lunch.  Check out the April Calendar and be sure to sign up soon as spots are limited!

With all the snow lately, it’s hard to believe the first day of Spring is just around the corner.  Hopefully soon we will see our Tulips emerge and hear the Robins calling.

Be sure to check our bulletin board and March Calendar for new events like the St. Pat’s and Spring Fling Lunches, Health Expo, McMichael Art Gallery Speaker’s Series and Stained Glass Workshop.

We capped off 2012 with two brand new events – The TSC Holiday Pancake Breakfast and New Year’s Eve Mingle.  The feedback on both has been fantastic and we hope to run them again in 2013!

November 11th is also Rememberance Day. The Markham Theatre will be holding a free Rememberance Day ceremony to honour our Veterans on Friday, November 9th at 10:30a.m.  The theatre is located at 171 Town Centre Blvd. (Warden & Hwy # 7) or call 905-305-SHOW (7469) for more details.
