Join us for complimentary coffee, tea and cookies May 24-27, as we celebrate the reopening of our Seniors Centre space.

Our Seniors Centre entrance, front desk, lounge, cafe and washrooms are now open weekdays from 11am-1pm.  These condensed hours of operation allow time to enjoy a coffee, purchase event tickets/ punch cards at the front desk and to visit with fellow members in the lounge before or after your regular activities.  Hours will remain in effect until the Fall.  See you all there!

A reminder that TSC is offering a free trial Osteofit class on Thursday May 5th, from 9:30-10:30am in the South Hall.  For those unfamiliar, Osteofit is a low impact muscle conditioning class focusing on strength, balance and coordination.  Feel free to bring your arm weights if you have them from previous Osteo classes, otherwise they will be provided.  The instructor, Lorne, comes with many years of Osteo teaching experience.  Right after the class we will be accepting registrations for a 7 week Spring session to begin the following Thursday from 9:30-10:30, May 12-June 23.  Fee is $35 (cash only).  Please bring exact cash as we may not have change.  Kindly share this information with fellow members and friends 55+.  See you there!

TSC is offering two FREE trial classes next week – Line Dance and Osteofit. Come out and give them a try!

TSC is proud to offer a variety of activities this Spring, including ACBL Duplicate Bridge, directed by Medhat Fawzy, on Mondays from 1-4pm in the South Hall.  We are so pleased to see more and more players coming back each week to play in-person.  We plan to add another weekly game very soon.  Stay tuned!
