Yoga & Chair Yoga Registration Tomorrow


Practicing Yoga can result in a host of benefits for older adults including greater flexibility, improved balance, improved posture, stronger bones, lower stress and better sleep.

Don’t worry if you missed the registration dates for our 9 week Yoga & Chair Yoga Summer Sessions.  Simply email to arrange registration at any point during the session (if space allows).  Michelle will be teaching in July and Verne will be teaching in August.

Yoga (Beginner-Intermediate) – Tuesdays 9:45am-10:45am  July 5, 12, 19 & 26, August 2, 9, 16, 23 & 30.

Yoga (Beginner-Intermediate) – Fridays 11:15am-12:15am  July 8, 15, 22 & 29, August 5, 12, 19, 26 & Sept 2.

Chair Yoga (for those with less mobility) – Tuesdays 11:15am-12:15pm  July 5, 12, 19 & 26, August 2, 9, 16, 23 & 30.

Fee for each session is $45.  Registration open to anyone 55+. TSC Membership not required. Yoga mats may be borrowed during classes at no cost.  Hope you can join us!

    Hi, I’d like to sign up for this but I wasn’t available today and may or may not be available next week, but after that I am free. Is it possible to still join?

  2. Hi Sue. Yes, you may still join on the date of the first class you are able to attend. Please arrive a bit early and I will get you registered before class starts. Please remember to bring exact cash as I won’t have change. See you then!
