TSC will begin running limited programs (more will be added in the coming months) in the Thornhill Community Centre beginning Monday September 27th. See the TSC Daily Activity Schedule (REVISED Sept 15) Fall 2021 for the list of available programs and their associated activity barcodes. You will need the barcode to register for each activity. By registering, you will have reserved your spot in the activity. No Drop-ins allowed. Registration opens at 9am on Sept 15th.
If you have never registered with the City of Markham before, call the contact centre at 905-477-5530 and they will set you up with a client barcode and account PIN. Once you have your codes, you may register online or by phone through the Contact Centre, open Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm.
The Seniors Centre space will remain locked down through the Fall. Entrance to the Community Centre will only be through the main doors by the Library (keep this in mind when parking). Please arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to your activity and wear a mask. At the door you must show proof of double vaccination and photo ID before being allowed inside. You can then make your way to your activity where we will check your name on the registration list and collect activity fees. We are accepting TSC Punch Cards, TSC Pink and Green tickets and cash. Please bring exact cash as we will not have much change.

Do we have to pay membership fees again?
No, memberships will not need to be renewed until further notice by the City of Markham. Likely sometime next year.
I’m also in! I had a little trouble as the records at the City didn’t show me as a TSC member. I emailed Brian and within 7 or 8 minutes he had fixed it and called me – pretty good service!
See you on the 30th! It will be interesting to see who returns.
