TSC is partnering with Glynnwood to offer a FREE BBQ for Volunteers actively involved with the Club between Sept 2019 and March 2020.  Volunteer status will be confirmed when you reserve.

Date:  Wednesday August 18th, 2021

Location:  Revera – Glynnwood 7700 Bayview Ave. on the outdoor patio beside the pond on north side of building.  Entrance via outdoor walkway (NOT through the building).

Times to choose from (limited spots at each seating):

12:15-12:45 FULLY RESERVED

1:00-1:30 FULLY RESERVED

On the Menu:  BBQ’d jumbo hot dogs, cold pop/ bottled water and ice cream

Parking:  While there are several parking lots available at Glynnwood, spots will be limited.  We highly encourage carpooling, or if possible, park at the Thornhill Community Centre and walk over.

*Please Note:  In keeping with safe social distancing and with limited seating space, the event has been divided into 3 seating times.  To avoid congestion between seatings, please arrive at the patio area at your reserved time (not early!) so the group before you has time to depart.  If your Volunteer friends are unable to reserve your same seating time, you can always meet them before or after and enjoy the rest of the grounds.  There is a large covered Gazebo with seating near the main entrance and benches throughout the property where you can sit and chat.
