Olympic ActiveFest 2014
ActiveFest is an annual City of Markham event for Seniors 55+, promoting healthy activity and friendly competition for our local Senior community. In the spirit of the Sochi Olympic Games, The Thornhill Seniors Club and Thornhill Community Centre are pleased to host Olympic ActiveFest – consisting of Duplicate Bridge, Euchre, Table Tennis, Carpet Bowling and Badminton tournaments.Click HERE for more details and be sure to sign up soon!

Remembrance Day Service

Location: Flato Markham Theatre, 171 Town Centre Blvd.
The eleventh day of the eleventh month – this is Remembrance Day in Canada. We gather at cenotaphs and memorials in more than 2,000 cities, towns and villages throughout the country to honour and remember those who have made the sacrifice for Canada.
