Remembrance Day Service

Canada’s Hundred Days and the Armistice 100th anniversary – 1918-2018.  We remember our country’s great contributions and sacrifices in the First World War.  Let us acknowledge our responsibility to work for the peace our veterans fought hard to achieve.

TSC will be open as usual on Monday November 12th.

Thank you to all who attended our 15th Annual General Meeting yesterday.  We had a great Membership turnout as well as City of Markham Management in attendance.

For those with little or no prior knowledge about the game, we are pleased to offer Beginner Bridge Lessons taught by a certified ACBL Teacher.

Classes will be Fridays from 1:30 – 3:30 beginning October 26th through November 30th, 2018.  Cost is only $120 for all 6 classes.

The only activities that will run on this day are:  Table Tennis – 9am-12pm in the North Hall, TSC Euchre – 1pm-3:30pm in the Centre Hall and Duplicate Bridge – 1pm-4pm in the South Hall

The TSC Annual General Meeting will take place on October 30th at 12:00pm.  You must be a Member of the Club to attend (badge required).  Lunch and refreshments will be provided at no charge.  Sign up at the TSC Front Desk.

The annual Welcome Back Lunch was held yesterday with about 80 of our Members in attendance.  Everyone enjoyed deluxe sandwiches, veggies, fruit and pastries while listening to fantastic vocalist, Tricia Cole.  Lots of great prizes were won including a 50/50 draw!
