Today, Mayor Frank Scarpitti and Ward 1 Councillor Keith Irish paid a visit to TSC.  We appreciate the time they took out of their busy schedules to chat with our Members and to present the Club with a framed certificate commemorating our 15th Anniversary.

Last week our Members enjoyed a fantastic 3 day trip to Caesars Windsor Hotel & Casino and took in the hilarious Rum Runners Prohibition Tour.  See you again next year!

 

Our new Summer Activity Schedule takes effect on Tuesday, July 2nd.

Space in the Community Centre is again limited due to the many children’s camps running in July & August.  For this reason, some of our programs were relocated or cancelled.  Please make note of these changes to your regular activities.

Please be advised that the Club will be closed on Monday July 1st for Canada Day.  The only TSC activities that will run are:

TSC Table Tennis: 9:00am to 12pm – North Hall

TSC Euchre: 1:00pm to 3:30pm – Centre Hall 

18+ Duplicate Bridge: 1:00pm to 4:00pm – South Hall  

Do you like to sing?  Come join our Choir on Monday mornings beginning in September.

This week our Members enjoyed a marvellous lunch at The Pillar and Post in Niagara-on-the-Lake before seeing “Brigadoon” at the Shaw Festival Theatre.  Be sure to check the Travel Board for upcoming trips.

Some of you may have an old monthly calendar that says we are having a BBQ tomorrow (Friday, June 21st).  That calendar was revised several weeks ago to indicate the BBQ was cancelled due to our Anniversary Café celebrations.

The next BBQ will be on Friday July 5^th.  Limited tickets will be available at the Front Desk on June 21^st.  Sorry, no Drop-Ins.

Pickleball is one of the most popular sports at TSC, where we have a fun group of players and hard working Volunteers who help things run smoothly.  Check our Daily Activity Schedule for play times.
