Due to the expected inclement weather and for the safety of our Members, we have decided to cancel ALL TSC programs scheduled for Wednesday Feb 18th. The Front Desk and Cafe will also be closed.

We should be back to normal for Thursday.

Until then, stay safe everyone!

Due to inclement weather expected on Wed Feb 18th, the “Famous Lovers” Lunch & Learn has been cancelled.  We are working on rescheduling it for another day.  Those who signed up will be informed of the new date once determined.

We will continue to monitor the weather conditions and if additional programs (drop-ins, front desk, cafe) are to be cancelled or closed, notice will be posted on the website by 8am on Feb 18th.  Stay tuned.

Tuesday Feb 17 from 11:30am-12:30pm in the TSC Cafe – Come celebrate the Year of the Horse, where we will be serving complimentary vegetarian spring rolls!

Did you know that Spring rolls symbolize wealth, prosperity & the arrival of Spring during Chinese New Year celebrations? Their golden, cylindrical shape closely resembles ancient Chinese gold or silver ingots, making them a powerful culinary metaphor for financial fortune & abundance in the coming year.

Try your luck picking a horse puzzle piece for a chance to win a prize!

Members only. While quantities last.

A reminder that the Club will be closed & all activities cancelled on Monday February 16th for Family Day. The only exception is Duplicate Bridge, running 11am-2pm in the South Hall.

Have a great long weekend everyone!

Take-home containers of delicious Beef Chili & cheese will be available for purchase in the TSC Cafe on Wed Feb 4 & Thurs Feb 5 for just $2. While quantities last.  Members only.

Join us during the month of love for a fascinating lunch presentation by local Historian, Lianne Harris. Full details HERE.

Tickets available at TSC Front Desk Mon-Fri 11am-1pm. Space is limited. Members only.

Due to current road conditions the Club has decided to cancel all Pre-Registered Programs for Monday Jan 26. These include Mixed Media Art, Osteofit, Wellness, Zumba & Watercolour. Students will receive a make-up class at the end of March.

The TSC Front Desk & Cafe will be closed.

All Drop-in programs will run as scheduled, with the exception of TABLE TENNIS which will begin at 9 instead of 8am.

We just received notice that the Thornhill Community Centre currently plans to run their programs on Mon Jan 26 but will not open until 9:00am.  Extra time is needed to clear snow and salt walkways for everyone’s safety.  This will result in Table Tennis beginning at 9am instead of 8am.

As of now, all other programs are expected to run as usual tomorrow.  However, things can change, so if you follow our Blog please check your email or visit the TSC website by 8am tomorrow to see if any additional programs will be affected.
