A reminder that TSC will be closed & all activities cancelled on Monday September 1st for Labour Day.

Due to repair work being done in the Thornhill Community Centre gymnasium, some TSC Badminton & Pickleball games will be relocated to the Thornlea Pool gym on Sept 4 & 5.  These games will be FREE OF CHARGE.  Click HERE for the complete schedule.

We still have space available in our Fall Tai Chi Lessons with Master Thomas Wong – Friday mornings 9:30 – 10:30am for 8 weeks beginning September 5.  Fee is $40.  TSC Members only.  Sign up at the TSC Front Desk no later than Aug 29.

On Thursday Aug 7th, a crane is scheduled to be operating in the south/east parking lot near the Seniors Centre entrance.  A section of this lot, including the disabled parking spaces, may be  blocked off for a portion of the day.  If you can avoid this area entirely, please do so.  All programs are running as usual.

NOMINATION REQUIREMENTS, DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE POSTED IN THE GLASS NOTICE BOARD LOCATED NEAR THE TSC FRONT DESK.

QUALIFIED APPLICANTS MAY ASK FOR CINDY PETROW OR BRIAN BAILEY AT THE TSC FRONT DESK TO SIGN OUT A NOMINATION PACKAGE between AUG 18 –  22, 2025 from 10AM- 1PM.   

A reminder that the Club will be closed & all activities cancelled on Monday August 4 for the Civic Holiday.  The only exception that day is Duplicate Bridge, running 12-3 in the South Hall.

The EXTENDED deadline to purchase tickets for the Casino Rama trip is Wednesday, July 16th.

For those going on the trip, the meeting location will be in front of the Community Centre Library at 8:20am, with the bus departing at 8:30am.  Don’t forget to bring your government issued photo ID.  If you don’t already have a Casino Rama players card, you will need to obtain one at the casino in order to get your free $10 in slot play.
