The last class of the Summer Osteofit session on Thursday Aug 29th has been cancelled.

With no other classes currently scheduled, we are unable to offer a make-up class.  Instead, Thursday students may pick up their $5 cash refund (the value of one class) at the TSC Front Desk on Thursday Aug 29th or Friday August 30th between 9am-1pm.   Yes, a friend can pick up and sign for your refund on your behalf .  Unclaimed refunds will be left as a $5 credit towards any TSC program registration made by Dec 21, 2024.

Our Osteofit program is officially on hold until a suitable instructor is found.  Keep an eye out for email notification of a free demonstration class sometime soon this Fall.

For those interested in continuing with a dance cardio class, you may wish to try Zumba Gold on Mondays & Thursdays.
